A simple solution to Bone necromancer PvP/PvM balance

With the version 2.4 Bone Spear and Spirit were given a boost to their damage by way of enhanced synergies. It was an odd decision in the context of PvP as he's one of the most powerful characters in the game.

However, in PvM there are a lot of players aren't thrilled by the new changes - the damage buff wasn't changed significantly. It's like I'm the only player playing HCL playing the Bone Spear necro.

I love the skillshot component that allows you to line up things and then pierce it for optimal AoE (for the same reason that I enjoy the game of magezon).

The issue is that for Bone Spear to its maximum damage, it requires the equivalent of 102 skills points. This is level 90 and that's without the clay golem and decrepify (the minimum utility of bones necrosis).

What I'd like be able to see is the removal of the synergies that affect Teeth and Bone Spear and Bone Spirit in Bone Wall and Bone Prison and then integrate them into the two remaining synergies, ensuring that you can get the maximum damage for just 61 points.

The synergy values may be converted back to versions 1.14 and 2.3 values. I.e. Bone Spear gets 14% synergies, Bone Spirit gets 12%. In the end , you'll receive more damage when it matters.

This means you can take damage with a moderate level however, you do it at the expense of protection from Bone Armor. If you're looking for bones armor you are able to make the same specs as before, and it will not alter. If you'd prefer to get damage earlier then you can buy it for the price of security.

P.S. the freeing of skill points can also be used to make various changes in the tree of curses, such as creating curses that are worth spending more points on.

It is possible to alter the Bone Armor balance could also be altered in order to make it easier for people to actually invest points in the balance... create it similar to Cyclone Armor in that direct skill points will increase in a by a flat amount, while synergies give a percentage bonus.
